I was very happy to receive my rifle. However, when I placed a scope on it and tried to line it in I had problems. The adjustment on the scope went to the end of adjustment and I was still off the paper by 18 inches to 2 feet below. Took it to a gunsmith at Pro Bass shop and he imediately found the problem. The barrel was seated in the receiver at a downward angle. When a straight edge was placed on top of the receiver the end of the barrel was more than 2 inches below the straight edge, impossible to line in. I had to send the rifle back to Marlin, missing the use of the rifle for my elk hunt this year.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
